Q: My property needs major repairs, will you still consider buying or selling it?
A: YES, we purchase and sell properties with major repairs and damage so don’t worry about any repairs that need to be done.
Q: Do you charge a commission?
A: Yes and No, we buy real estate as an investment so if we are principles in the transaction we do not charge a commission. If we list your property for a normal sale we will work hard to get you the best price and normal commissions apply.
Q: What parts of the country do you work in?
A: Currently, we can purchase or sell property anywhere in United States.
Q: What type of properties do you buy and sell?
A: We can handle any type of property to include townhouses, condominiums, duplexes, beach property, apartment buildings, office buildings, farms, land, or any building that has deeded land attached, such as manufactured housing or mobile homes.
Q: Do you work with luxury high end properties?
A: Yes
